1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of mimovest.com and all related services (together, the "Service") provided by Mimovest ("we"). By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Mimovest provides an information platform that aggregates publicly available market data and regulatory filings and prepares them for private investors. Content and analyses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial analysis, or a recommendation within the meaning of WAG 2018 or MiFID II.

3. No investment advice

We make no statements about the suitability of a financial instrument for your personal situation. Every investment decision is made at your own risk. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

4. Waitlist & beta access

Before the public launch, you may join a waitlist. There is no guarantee of access to the finished app. We may grant beta access at our discretion.

5. Rights of use and ownership

All rights to content, trademarks and software remain with Mimovest or the respective rights holders. Any commercial reproduction or further processing without written consent is prohibited.

6. Liability

We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for financial losses resulting from trading decisions made on the basis of our content is excluded.

7. Availability

We strive for the highest possible availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance work or technical issues may temporarily restrict access.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed about material changes via email or a clearly visible notice on the website.

9. Applicable law & jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, to the extent legally permissible.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
