This privacy policy informs you under Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and § 4 of the Austrian Data Protection Act about how we process your personal data when you visit mimovest.com and use our services. The binding German version is at /datenschutz.

1. Hosting

mimovest.com is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) in data centres within the European Union. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with Hetzner. Technically necessary data is processed (IP address, browser, time of access).

We additionally use Cloudflare Germany GmbH as a content delivery network and for DDoS protection. When you visit the website your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare.

2. Waitlist (Brevo)

When you join our waitlist, we process your email address for the purpose of notifying you about the availability of the app. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Email delivery service: Sendinblue (Brevo) — Brevo SAS, 106 Boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France. Servers located in the EU. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

3. Analytics (Plausible)

We use Plausible Analytics for cookieless, privacy-respecting traffic measurement. No personal data is stored, no cookies are set, no user profiles are built. Provider: Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia (servers in the EU).

4. Server logs

Our web server temporarily logs: IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user agent. This data is processed to ensure technical operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest) and is deleted after no more than 14 days.

5. Email contact

When you contact us by email, your details will be processed to handle the request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
